I saw in the 1980"s early 90"s, and I can't remember the name of the title. It was about a maried couple in the early 1900's that goes to one of those health resorts promising a cure for their illnesses.  there were some unusual medical machines and some sex scenes. I think Rob Morrow was in the movie but can't find it in his filmography.  It was funny and sexual at the same time. if you can help I would appreciate it. please contact if you need to ask any questions  dana

This sounds a lot like the 1994 comedy "The Road to Wellville."  It was set in a 1900s health resort that a couple attended.  The husband was played by Matthew Broderick.  The doctor was played by Anthony Hopkins, and both John Cusak and Dana Carvey were in the cast. It had a lot of sexual activity and nudity in the film.

I hope this is the film you are searching for, as it came the closest to your description.  If not, I would need more information to better locate the title.

I am a professor of communication at a midwest university, who has expertise on subjects related to film. I can answer general questions on U.S. film comedy (especially satires of the 1960s and 1970s) and comic theory. I also could answer questions related to specific comic genres, such as comedian comedies, screwball comedies, "stupid" comedies, and so forth. I also need to have a release date (or range of dates, or at least the year you viewed the film). Plesase do not just provide a set of links to someplace else (e.g. imdb discussion threads). I am less able to answer questions about comedies from other countries, made-for-TV movies, and recent comic films and actors (although I would do my best to find out). I cannot answer questions about specific TV shows or series, "Our Gang" episodes, anime/magna or about film collectables. I generally cannot provide movie recommendations, since what I find funny others may not.
