My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
Experience i'm in my late 40's looking at 50 looming ahead. it's not a pretty site, but the good news is, i have seen alotta films.

Question I remember watching a movie a while ago, I think it may have been a
romantic comedy and the main character is a guy and every time he does
something that he doesn't imagine his grandmother would approve of he
imagines (and the movie shows the image of) this really really old lady
standing in a kitchen starring at the camera and hitting herself in the head repeatedly with a saucepan.
What movie is this??
Answer Is this a recent film? Black family? Reminds me of Madea's Family Reunion possibly. A Tyler Perry film?
