I remember watching a movie a while ago, I think it may have been a
romantic comedy and the main character is a guy and every time he does
something that he doesn't imagine his grandmother would approve of he
imagines (and the movie shows the image of) this really really old lady
standing in a kitchen starring at the camera and hitting herself in the head repeatedly with a saucepan.

What movie is this??

Is this a recent film?  Black family?   Reminds me of Madea's Family Reunion possibly.  A Tyler Perry film?
