My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
Experience i'm in my late 40's looking at 50 looming ahead. it's not a pretty site, but the good news is, i have seen alotta films.
Question saw a movie a long time ago with my wife we both think it was BIG with TOM HANKS but the ending was different when he becomes a boy again the next day he is in school when a new girl comes to class and it's the women who fell in love with him when he was a man. we've watched the movie BIG everytime its on and rented it even bought the dvd but its always the same ending. Is there a similar movie or are we both nuts.

A home video release of this movie in New Zealand is rumored to have included an alternate ending. The alternate ending shows young Josh sitting in his classroom at school when he turns around to notice a young female classmate of whom he recognises as Susan - who went back to the fairground machine and wished that she was Josh's age.
The US DVD release of this film simply shows Josh and Billy walking up their street, then the credits roll in.
How some of us saw this here in the states (i remember also) is beyond me!
