I also saw the alternate ending of "Big". I recall that he was sitting in his classroom and the teacher says "Class, we have a new student joining us this fall: Susan (whatever her last name was)." Susan enters the classroom and looks over to Josh, who suddenly realizes that she has come back in time to grow up with him. Happy ending!

My sister and i both remember the ending with the girl we rented it in about 1989 in the north of England and we too have looked high and low but never found it.
If anyone has it please post it on web!!!

My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
