I remember an old 1950s-60s black and white British film but can't remember the name. A group of bank robbers hide their loot in a hollow tree trunk, get put in prison and when they are released they go to get it but find a housing estate built around the tree. When they finally get the money they find it's been shredded by mice. what is the name of the film?
