what was the name of the comedy movie made in the 1950's or 60's where the wife was training her husband like a dog.  Know I saw it - can't remember.  thanks.

i believe you are thinking of an old Bobby Darrin film called "If a Man Answers" co-starring Sandra Dee.

I know funny. My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
