Question
I remember seeing a movie from around 1940 with Martha Raye in which she had a secondary role as a stripper.  In it, she sang a song about stripping that started something like this:  "It's on... it's off... it must be on or off..." and ended something like this:  "...you can plainly see, you haven't got a thing on me!"  (I have a vague recollection that this song was sung by her as a sort of Pavlovian response to hearing something, but I may be wrong about this.)  Can you please tell me the name of this movie?  Thank you.

Answer
i believe  you are thinking of a film called 'Double or Nothing' starring Bing Crosby and Martha...
