Question
I'm going crazy trying to think of the name of this movie--I can't remember many helpful details about the plot, mostly all I remember is the main character. He has a huge beak-nose, an accent or just kind of a strange voice, and shaggy dark brown hair that hangs down in his face. I believe in the movie he's playing some kind of human-looking alien trying to fit in to American society, and his character's name might have started with a "z"--like, zork, or something. He may have been paired with a mildly verbally-abusive straight-man, and there probably was a love interest at some point. The actor somewhat resembles the comedian Demetri Martin, and also sort of looks like Anton from the band Brian Jonestown Massacre (featured in the movie Dig!--that's what got this whole thing started). I've been searching anything I can think of for the last hour, I tried to get my boyfriend to help me but he has no idea what I'm talking about, and I'm basically just desperate to prove that this thing I'm thinking of actually exists, so any help you can provide would be appreciated greatly. Thanks!
