i saw a comedy movie which i believe had an alien component.  the memorable scene (which was repeated more than once) had a group of men dressed in what i'll call sperm suits running into a rubber wall, bouncing off and falling down... representing a failed impregnation due to a condom, diaphragm, etc. i remember it having a multi-word title, perhaps with the word woman in it?  it was likely from the 80's or 90's, but could have been earlier.

i believe you are speaking about the woody allen film, "'everything you always wanted to know about sex but were afraid to ask"

some of the sperm were played by burt reynolds and dom deluise.  very funny film, especially for it's time.
