A long while ago I saw a show or movie where the was a man who was talking to another man but the first man seemed to only say...."wrote a song about it, wanna hear it?"  What was that show or movie? PLEASE AND THANK YOU

check out old episodes of "in living colour'  it was on the fox network i believe...and is now shown in re-runs on the FX channel maybe?

second season--1990

david allen grier played a blues singer type character...and he would say that line..."wrote a song about it...wanna hear it?"

I know funny. My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
