hello , I'm trying to find a movie I saw 15 or 18 years ago . As I was a kid I don't remember who's  acting .
I do remember at the beginnings of movie they are two boys
installing traps in the college where they learn . they do a lot of trouble all around they go , And I do remember they go to the army and there they do a lot of sh... . There is one scene in the army " the chef keeps a turtle into a jar to his office and they change  the turtle every day till she can't fit into the jar any more" ........
so if you can help my find the title of this movie would be great ( may be a 75 or 85 year film) Thanky a lot In any whay

off the top of my head i am coming up blank.

if it's from 1975 it's over 30 years old.   do you think you can pin point exactly when you saw the film?  was it a comedy?  american?  do well at the box office?

i'll need more info to research this i'm afraid.
