Answer
Well, just in general, you're asking questions about a fictional character, so it depends on who you ask.  As that's the case, I'll answer from my own perspective.

>can batman do big jumps, flips, kicks and super cool moves like matrix?

Probably.  Considering that he is an expert in martial arts (according to most sources, he was trained by the *Great Masters* of the various martial arts in the world) he probably can do most of the more acrobatic moves that the human body is capable.  (Please note, however, that Dick Grayson [the original Robin and the current Nightwing], when he first met the Dark Knight in 1940, was more acrobatic than Batman shortly after they first met!)

>is he one of the best human acrobats in the DC universe?

See the above answer.  Also, please note that, when he competed against Scott Free (Mr. Miracle), he beat him as an escape artist.

>how strong is he?
His strength is generally regarded as being the same as a normal human who engages in extremely intensive exercise on a daily basis.  (This definition, unfortunately, is almost verbatim from Marvel Comics in describing characters such as Captain America.  It still, however, applies.)

>how good is his balance?
(See the answer on acrobatics, above.)

>how good is his stamina?
See the answer to his strength, above.

>how clever is he?
He is widely regarded as being probably the most intelligent person in the DC universe, with the possible exception of Oracle.  He is certainly (and unquestionably) the best detective in the entire DC pantheon, so . . . !

>is he one of the best fighters in DC?
Well, he qualifies in several different categories, but has never been definitively proven to be the single best in EVERY category.

All in all, it really depends upon who is writing this (again, for emphasis) FICTIONAL character.  Some have said he is beyond mind control, but others have said that he falls just as easily as any other hero.  The one and only thing that has remained consistent is . . . he is a superhero.  He always works for justice (if not the law, necessarily).

If I can be of help again, please let me know!

Expertise

I'm mostly a DC/Marvel fan, but can answer a wide variety of questions on pretty much anything but romance and sword-and-sorcery comics. Ask away and find out if I have the answer. (Even if I don't, I can probably guide you to where you CAN find it!) ***PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME*** to give you a value on comics - that is only possible by direct physical evaluation of the individual issues.

Experience

I've been a collector for almost 35 years of mostly (but not entirely) super-hero titles, with occasional forays into other types of comics. I also personally know a few comics artists/writers, and am VERY experienced with Web Comics as well.
