Not sure if you're refering to the first appearance, or the first issue of the first Silver Surfer comic. The first appearance is Fantastic Four 48, which lists in Good/Fine/NM at
51/153/1075
The first issue of the 1968 Silver Surfer comic lists at
43/129/775
