who would in a battle superman or wolverine, my next question is who would win in a battle wolverine or batman

Superman would easily defeat Wolverine, despite Wolvie's impressive mutant powers and adamantium skeleton, Superman can move planets around at his full power and even Wolvie's healing powers wouldn't be able to withstand the Man-Of-Steel's heat vision on full power.

My guess is that Batman would win in a battle against Wolverine by out thinking the mutant.  In a straight physical confrontation Batman wouldn't stand a chance, but several times (Batman #613) we've seen the Dark Knight defeat Superman, Darkseid and other entities more powerful than him thanks to the power of his intellect.
