How much would an I love Lucy comic book published in May-July 1955, issue #6 in very good condition with very minor creases on the cover page be worth?

This comic book has a price guide value of around $30, depending on exactly what condition it is in.  You would probably be able to sell it to a comic shop or on eBay for something like 30% to 60% of the price guide value.
