Who is the red head with telekenetic abilities on X-Men? as a class 5 mutant was she the most powerful as shown in the third movie? because of her endless telekenetic abilities would this mutant of been the most powerful to ever live?

That is Jean Grey, who has gone by the code names Marvel Girl and Phoenix.  

According to the X-Men comics she is the most powerful mutant who ever lived, classified as an Omega Level mutant (meaning she could end a good chunck of realilty if she so choose).

Even Magneto and Professor X, classified as Alpha Class Mutants, were powerless against her when confronted with her Dark Phoenix persona in Uncanny X-Men #134 to 137.
