Question
I have a 1962 barbie and ken comic book,it is issue #1 amy-july issue made by dell. Could you please tell me if it is worth anything because I have had people tell me it is rare.     Thank you, Terri

Answer

Hi Terri

This issue is a valuable comic.  What it is actually worth will depend on its condition.  If it is in Good condition (a typical fifty year old comic with small tears, creases, yellowing pages, etc.) it has a price guide value of $39.

If in Near Mint condition, looking like you just bought it off the newsstand, it has a price guide value of $700.

There are a range of values in between depending on how many flaws it has.  It has to have almost no flaws to be worth over $100.
