I found a old issue of mad magazine #174 April 1975 is anyone interested in obtaining as I'm not a collector and believe something should be properly preserved with professionals. I've saved it for years and well its time to set it free any offers?

Hi

This issue lists in the price guide at around $20 if in perfect condition.  If in anything less than perfect condition, it has little value.  Issues of Mad from this time period have ample supply and limited demand, so I don't expect you will find people beating down your door to get their hands on it.
