Question
I recently refound some of my comics from the late 70's. I was hoping you could give me an idea of there value.
They are all in decent condition. From Marvel Comics group.

1st  .35 #16 Oct 1978 "The Hunter" no upc code just an empty  white box.

2nd  .35 #18 DEC 1978  "The Empire Strikes Back"  no upc code just an empty  white box.

3rd  .40 #27 Sept 1979 02817 "the Return of The Hunter" with a UPC code
Any info would be appreciated.

Answer

Hi Mike

I assume that "decent" condition means something less than perfect.  16 and 18 would have a price guide value of somewhere around $2 to $6 each with some flaws but still solid and readable.  #27 would be $1 to $3.

These are price guide values only and not necessarily what you would be able to get if you tried to sell them at auction, as these comics generally only get much interest if in mint condition.
