Hi John -

Wow, hard to say since both consume planets in order to gain sustenance.  My guess is that Galactus could better utilize the planets he consumes since he doesn't spend all his time looking for worlds to eat, whereas the Entity seems to pretty much do just that.

I'd guess Galactus is the more 'thorough' eater, able to make more efficient use of the energies he takes and go longer between feedings.

Q vs. anybody is gonna be a big mismatch since Q is (for all practical combat purposes) omnipotent.

We know that the Entity can be destroyed, and we know that Galactus does have some weaknesses, but with Q he's not shown any real physical weakness that can easily be exploited.
