The cover says "superman big brother"

Would appreciate any info .
It has some small tears and the binding is slightly askew, all pages intact.
Thank YOU!!!!
ANSWER: Hi Vincent
Comics from the 50s can potentially be valuable depending on what specifically you have and what condition they are in. While I can't give you much of a value estimate without seeing a scan of the Superman comic or getting a fuller description of its condition, from what you say it could well be worth $50 or more.
Are the other comics in the box superhero comics or are they other genres? I'm not sure exactly what kind of information you are looking for, so feel free to follow up with more questions.

QUESTION: There are some comics I have never heard of. A number one comic FRANKENSTEIN, from Clearwater Publishing.
The Adventures of Bob Hope
Cookie
Pretty cool stuff.
Some Batman, Superboy, Sad Sack to name a few
ANSWER: Hi Vincent
The superhero stuff will likely be most valuable. If there are any horror or science fiction comics, those can be pretty valuable as well. There were a few different Frankenstein comic titles. It sounds like you are referring to a comic title that was written and drawn by Dick Briefer. The first 20 or so issues were comical, then the next 15 or 20 issues were more serious and horror-themed. This comic would have some value as well.
Bob Hope is somewhat collectible. There is not very much collector interest in Sad Sack or Cookie so they probably won't be worth very much.
Are you ultimately thinking of selling these, or are you just trying to learn more about them?

QUESTION: Most likely I will sell them. I bought the contents of a shelf at a yard sale and this box of comics were buried under some stuff.
AnswerYou probably won't have too much trouble selling the better issues, whether to a comic shop or on eBay.
I would be willing to make an offer on them, but I can't really tell you how much I would pay without more details. However, you are welcome to ask me more questions regardless of what you decide to do with them.
