Answer
Hi Stan

Depending on condition, it sounds like you potentially have some very valuable comics.

There is a large back-issue comic company in the greater Dallas area called Lone Star Comics.  You can look at their website at www.mycomicshop.com for actual store locations.  They may want you to go to their main store with the collection you have.

Here's another resource you can use where you can enter your address and find nearby shops:

www.comicshoplocator.com

You should definitely call ahead, however.  Some stores just sell new comics and really don't have the resources to make you a good offer on valuable back issues.

If your comics are in good shape, there are plenty of others who would be willing to talk to you over the phone or even travel to you, even though they are not located in the Dallas area.  Feel free to send me a follow-up question if you want further info.  It sounds, though, like you just want to take them somewhere, deal with someone face-to-face and get a quick cash offer.
