Question Hi Michael.
In the current Green Lantern series, I see Kilowog is featuring quite a bit.
But apparently, he was killed by Parallax when the rest of the GL corps was destroyed.
My question is, how is Kilowog alive today?

Kilowog was ressurected in the "Green Lantern: Legacy" graphic novel as "Dark Lantern", a sort of zombie dark avenger version of himself with black skin covered by glowing runes who carried a scythe. Dark Lantern lurked around Oa (which was recreated in that same graphic novel) for a while before being returned fully to life through various machinations.
Since then he's lived on Oa with a small group of other former GLs with whom Kyle and Ganthet were hoping to restart the GLC. Oddly, though, they never passed out new rings; Kilowog and the others have been going into combat with big guns instead! "Rebirth" is the first time we've seen the ressurected Kilowog back in full GL regalia.
