Question
HI, i have a question on grading, How do you grade a comic that has small indents on the cover
(like someone pressing down on the cover with there fingernail)some are hard to see you have to look at them at an angle with light, others are very easy to see. The grading system i use is.. http://www.comicspriceguide.com/p-conditions.asp
and they don't mention these nore does any other grading system on the web could these be defined
as creases?

Answer
Hi Raymond

Indentations on a cover are a significant flaw.  If there were just one or two on an otherwise perfect comic book, I would still be willing to call in Fine.  More than that would bring it down to VG or G.  It would have to be a really severe problem to go below G if that were the only flaw.  Hope this helps!   Chris
