Hey Chris, i have a MARVEL Star Wars Annual comic, issue 3 (1983) in great condition.  At most there may be some minor creases.  Do you have an estimate of its worth?  thanks, j.

Sorry to take a couple days getting back to you.  I am in Raleigh, NC and got caught up in all the weather problems you may have read about yesterday.

It sounds like your copy is somewhere between Good and Fine condition.  According to the current Overstreet comics price guide, this comic is worth $1 in Good and $4 in Fine.
