hi, i have spiderman #239,twice.one with upc symbol and one without.is there any difference?

Over the past several years, comics have been distributed in many different ways--often resulting in minor variations in covers of single issues. Comics going out to comic shops, to newsstands, via subscription, etc. may all appear slightly different.
To my knowledge, there is no significant difference between a Spidey 239 with or without upc symbol, or any preference among collectors for one over the other.

My knowledge goes beyond superheroes to include early strip reprints from 1897-1930 or so, science fiction, horror comics of the 50s and 70s, love, crime, satire and other genres.
