Hi Mike.
I'm a commercial property developer and have always constructed my own spreadsheets.  I am looking for some good software for commercial land development projects as well as commercial income property development and resultant income proformas.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Like you, we have always constructed our own custom spreadsheets as well (tailored to fit each project). Once it gets beyond the development and into the operational stage, we use Yardi software. So, I'm afraid I don't have any software I can recommend for development proformas, although I'm sure there are plenty of products out there.
