I want to purchase a campground with cabins and have my primary home on the property, can I use my VA loan if I live on the property?
Thanks for the feedback. I hope that your incredibly ungrateful nature is a great asset. VA loans are residential lending programs and this a commercial lending resource. Ask a residential lender about residential loans. I am betting that you don't get this deal done.
