Hey I have a question. How can I find pre-foreclosures in the commercial facet of the real estate industry?? Do banks file Lis Pendens on commercial properties?

Hello Jon
Yes banks have the same filing procedure for commercial properties as they do for residential. Although each state does differ you will need to check with your state to find out.
