Hi. When someone is in charge of development and acquisitions for a real estate organization, are they just negotiating the price of land and construction costs, or are they involved in the design interiors of the property? Thanks

Hello Danielle;

Usually development and acquisitions is just that the analysis of the project for proper zoning, entitlements what can be built on the site and then the acquisition phase.  Contract negotiations and finance.  Design does not begin until the design phase especially the interiors.
