Question
Could you recommend a mentor who is willing to assist and profit (equity and cashflow from properties) in their protege's commercial multifamily tutoring? I am looking to find a credible (one on one) mentor who is willing to teach / mentor a novice away from landmines and towards goldmines. I have the theorical knowledge , but am in need of the real world experience. Thanks for your help.

There are two whom I know personally and can call friends Durante Parks, and Ken Van liew.   Durante teaches  commercial financing.  He has a tremendous program on how to learn the commercial financing game.  His website courses are packed full of content and real world strategies.  He not only teaches commercial financing but all types of financing in order to build a successful  business.

Ken Van Liew and I went to college together Ken's course is very indepth teaching the whole development process.  From concept to funding to building Ken teaches you each step using a very straight forward method and real world deals.
