I've been looking at Durante Parks websites actually i've been looking to invest in CRE,(even bought,at a 90% discount,Scott Scheels course),i think that becoming a loan broker would open up more doors and open them quicker.Mr Parks' website is interesting, as a close personal friend as you describe below:

Yes Durante is for real from my personal experience.  As mentioned He is a friend but please make you own decisions check him out e-mail him and mention that you have contacted me.  You will find that Durante tells it like it is,  He may not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear.
