Question can you help us... with the market at on all time low, now is the time to grab the deals. but we have little or no money. how can we can 100% seller financing or find money to purchase an income producing property? we want in the game, but don't have the money. i have read ALL the books.
any suggestions?
Answer Reading all the books is a good start, but having no cash or experience makes it difficult for you to find an equity partner. If you have a great credit score, substantial assets or a co-signer with assets you might be able to be active in this market, otherwise you will have to be content to sit on the sidelines until you have something to bring to the table besides eagerness.
