consider it this way..they did your father a favor,,there are so many deals out there and there is always another property..lessoned learned...people who don't like to put stuff in writing or get offended,,its for a reason...
think of how close a young married couple ,,then think of a divorce..if two people who love each other can end on such erroneous terms,,you have not a prayer..take your energy and focus on helping the less fortunate..
