Question Sir,
I'm living in europe( Belgium). I have quiet a lot of Hotels and shopping centers for sale in the US. Also in Europe. My question: How can I reach a potential buyer through a listing (shopping cters buyers, etc..) I'm quiet busy a few mouths, more to find a candidate purchaser, than to sell some projects. How can I reach a list of important real estate companies whitout spending to much.

Answer I would normally recommend that you utilize the services of a comm4ercial real estate brokerage firm. They will have access to all of the methods used to reached potential buyers (and their brokers). If your properties are scattered in different regions/markets, you can either choose a company with a national presence to handle all of them (and possibly achieve a volume discount on their commission), or you can hire local brokers in each area. Note that commercial real estate activity has slowed down considerably in the US, so finding buyers is more difficult than ever before, which is where the experience and the contacts of a commercial broker becomes even more valuable.
