Commercial Real Estate Investment/Who to list property with online?

Question
I have a warehouse that I would like to sell ASAP. Do you have a online company that you can recommend for me to list it with? What is the best way to advertise it to attract more potential buyers? OR should I just advertise in the NY Times, etc.  I live in New York ~ the warehouse is on Long Island.I want to list it for $925,000.00. It is a large, 2 story building.

I utilize two national services that publish commercial listings online: 'www.costar.com' and 'www.loopnet.com'. Note that other services exist, and some may specialize in regional listings.

In addition to the NY Times, other ways to advertise your building include placing a 'FOR SALE' sign on the building (containing your contact information) and distributing flyers to neighborhood businesses.
