Commercial Real Estate Investment/Purchasing Commercial Real Estate on a Gov't Grant

Question
I like to obtain information on how to go about obtaining a commercial government grant to purchase a commercial property?  Convert it so that it not only benefits the community, county but, opens jobs and attracts outside clients as well for future expansion as a chain.  This property that I am interested in, is privately owned by a Family Trustee.

Answer
I'm unaware of any specific government grants to purchase commercial real estate. There are sometimes incentives offered (usually at the city or county level) that might be available to an owner-occupant of a business that would bring employment to an area, but you would need to contact the Economic Development office where the building is located to find out if that's an option.
