Question
I rent a small ofiice space about 700sgft and paid monthly
rent 0f $735.00 monthly.I also pay for electricity,gas,water
Trash & gardening expense totaling about $250 /montly.
On top landlord charge me CAM Charges about $250/montly.
Is that justify or legal

Answer
If you signed your lease without getting an itemization from the owner as to what the CAM charges would be, it was not a good idea. $4.28 per sq. ft. might include real estate taxes (maybe $1.50 psf), janitorial (maybe $1.00 psf), fire insurance (maybe $.25 psf), but it appears to be a high number. You should have a right in the lease to audit what the charges are. If not, another location might be better. Good luck with it.
