Question"Hi,
I am interested in purchasing large comercial income properties without using my owm money. I wish to know how to find the deals, and the investors while retaining 10% or so of the deal with rest being sold to investors who would supply the down payment,[rest of purchase price].
Also what would I be able to offer the investors other than the deals?
Can u suggest anyone who can teach this to me?

AnswerIf you have good credit, large schedule of real estate owned, or a large net worth your signature would be worth money. If you have none of these but have an expertise at putting a deal together you might slide into an equity position. If you have no expertise you can bird dog properties for the right people and hope to get a fee but equity based on "look at this" is hardly worth partnership status.
