Commercial Real Estate Investment/Difference between investment in Cinci or Denver??

Question
I am interested in investing in office complexes in either Cinnicati, OH or Denver, CO.  What, in general, would be the better location at this time and why? Logic is more important than numbers. Please consider comparison and contrast, CAP rates, five to ten year hold, etc.

Answer
Brenda Lovell, I am not certain of your geographic location, but I do not need to know. Our firm, Colliers International, does full market reports on Central Business District ("CBD") and suburban office markets for every major metropolitan city domestic and overseas. If you would need a contact person for either market, let me know. Otherwise, you should contact a Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR.com....SIOR directory is also there) member where you live and request the current SIOR Statistical Report. We have 36 Chapters, each Chapter is responsible for market reports for their major metro/regional area. The SIOR report is used by the US Govt. for negotiations on any of their leases (offices or otherwise). Best of luck!/Peter
