Question
Dear Sir,
I believe it is difficult to compare or rank miracles from different religions. I wonder if you can provide similar related information, such as:
1.  Who has the most number of miracles? Or whose miracles are most miraculous?
at least
2. What are the kinds of miracles they do? For example, Jesus: turn water into wine, resurrection; Catholic saints: heal sickness; Hindu guru: ESP etc.
I will appreciate it if you can point the direction for my research.
Thanks,
Lois

Answer
Dear Madam,
Peace!
In the great Indian epic poem "Mahabharata" (literally, "great India") one of the characters (in the form of a pond) asks a king "What is the most wonderful thing in the world". The king replies: "The most wonderful and amazing thing on earth is the fact that everybody can see that death lies all around them, yet they believe that they themselves will live forever. That is surely the most miraculous thing in the universe".

Is not this vast universe, the corners of which we are yet to penetrate, a miracle? Is not the complexity of even a single living organism miraculous?

For your research, I suggest you look into the great miracles performed by Lord Krishna (e.g. lifting a hill with the pinky of his left hand) and Lord Rama (e.g. jumping from India to Sri Lanka in a single bound) as well as those you already mentioned in your question.

Bye,
Rev. Eslam
