Question could you explain why god need to create himself as a human then kill himself to forgive people instead of just doing it??????
Answer Interesting Question.
I believe your question pertains to the Christian belief in God incarnating as a human being, or what has been called the Son Of God in the form of Jesus the Nazarene, and then being sacrificed to atone for the sins of man.
And the corollary question of, if God wished to forgive man, than why not just forgive, and preclude the death of his incarnation?
Your inquiry is somewhat limited in that I am unsure whether you are referring to 1) a theosophical question on why would God would need to incarnate as a human and then die, or 2) historically where did this belief concept arise from?
Question 1 implies a substantial series of assumptions or beliefs about who, or what God “is”, the other is a historical question.
So I must make an assumption here to answer your question properly and in this case I will assume that you are referring to meaning 2, or where did this belief come from?
This is an excellent question and to answer it properly requires some understanding of the history of Judeaic-Islamic-Christos belief methodologies.
First was the ancient religious belief of the concept of the Blood Sacrifice, and this is a very ancient concept grounded in the idea that God is capricious and that Man must placate and honor The Divine to allow a better relationship between God and Man, and ergo a better life for Man.
Then concept of the Blood Sacrifice was carried over into the Judaic idea that God had promised the Jewish people a savior or a Christ, one who would bring them a just life on earth, and safety from their enemies.
Additionally is the concept that Man is created with a fundamental sin against God.
Some of these beliefs are Jewish in origin, some are Christian.
Combined what this means is that God gave Man his only incarnated Human Son to be offered up as the ultimate Blood Sacrifice for the forgiveness of Men.
