Ever,  Chopped strand mat's or chopped strand spray will NOT support the loads a manhole will incur in daily use in heavy vehicle traffic, especially heavy truck traffic.  I would suggest researching the Malaysia government requirements of a current cast Iron cover.  Several manufacturers in China already produce composite manhole covers.

Or better still you can cast it using a specially formulated unsaturated polyester resin, mineral fillers, chopped glass fibres and pigment paste. very strong and cheap.
