Question
Hi, I need to edit my DNA after sequencing, is there any program to do that?
Thank you.

Answer
First of all, I didnt understand what you mean by editing.
I suppose you want to compare it with a known sequence or a  sequences in a database. For this you can either use, CLUSTALX program or the general BLAST program to get an alignment.
You can find differences in your sequence from the alignment.
I am not sure, whether I answered your question.
