Question
WHAT IS KANSAS LAW ON HACKING AM EMAIL ACCOUNT AND IS THERE ANY COURT CASES FOR THIS.  AND WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT ON THIS?

Answer
You can find information at these locations:

From a criminal perspective, you can see http://law.findlaw.com/state-laws/computer-crimes/kansas/

For civil cases, unauthorized email access is typically considered trespass, and lawsuits may be brought on that basis.  I am not aware of any Kansas cases, however.
