how much trouble am i facing? and this is childish hes making things up now of what i had done...saying i wrote to business partners and things when i never did...i also had wrote to a woman who had visited us and committed adultery...and wrote to her husband....now shes in trouble (which is all true) and wanted to inform this man of what happened because of being exposed to possible stds and if she brought an std home anything of this nature...

Answer
Most law enforcement will not consider prosecuting based on simple allegations alone - there would need to be some physical evidence of wrongdoing.

You can view the applicable Florida law on computer crime here:  http://www.flsenate.gov/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=Ch0815/c...  Since I cannot provide legal advice on these boards, I cannot advise whether you would be personally subject to these.
