Question
What is Georgia law regarding cyber harassment?  I recently began receiving e-mail from a woman claiming to be my husband's love interest.  The emails have escalated to threatens of violence.  What can I do legally? How can I find out who this anonymous person is?

Answer
Cassandry,

Here is a link to the Georgia computer crime law, however it does not directly address "cyber harrassment":  http://nsi.org/Library/Compsec/computerlaw/Georgia.txt

Your best bet is content your local law enforcement, who can direct you to their cyber crime unit.
