Computer Law/Fictional Child Porn

Question
Do fictional portrayals of underaged individuals engaging in sexual activities fall under the laws regarding child pornography?

I ask for two reasons:

Firstly, at one point in my life, I was personally invested in looking at and reading pornography, but have since moved away from that. A favorite activity of mine at the time was reading pornographic stories that were clearly labeled as fiction. Some of them featured underaged participants (frequently consensual, occasionally not).

Secondly, today I am an aspiring fiction writer (and published non-fiction writer) who has read and critiqued other writers' work, some of which has #purely consensual# teenage sex. It isn't something I'm likely to include in any of my writings, but would like to know for their benefit.

Thank you so very much for your time.

Answer
Spyder,

Unfortunately I cannot provide legal advice in this forum, which is what your question seeks. However, you can view Washington's pornography and obscenity laws here:  http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.68&full=true.
