is acer good me to buy it?

What I have reviewed I would recommend it, but with a bit of a modification: I would load it with Windows 7 Release Candidate version: The Windows 7 is due to be released this year somtime in October.  The WIndows 7 Release Candidate version is good for one year so you could easily transition to Windows 7 Production version when it comes out.
