Question
Hi,

I know exceptional handling is how a computer handles abnormal or error condition when running instructions. But I'd wished to seek particularly in Cray-1 supercomputer. I've tried googling with 'exception handling Cray', 'Exceptions Cray' and so on. But non of the key word suggest sites on how the Cray vector super computer handles exceptions.
What is the proper site to seek about exception handling in Cray?
or at least what is the suitable keyword for google some information?
Any suggestion will do.
Thank you in advance.

Answer
Hey there,

So, you're best bet here is to start looking at more specific technical documents.  I would start with the Google Scholar Search engine.

For something this specific, you'll probably find your best results in the Journals of IEEE and ACM (acm.org and ieee.org).  However, you need a subscription to read the papers and transactions from these sites, although if you access them from a college campus you should have no troubles.

You may also wish to email or write to Cray directly (http://www.cray.com/About/ContactUs.aspx).
